Previously, more than 800 tons of ancient ruins lay where this Roman edifice currently sits. So, the next time you pass by this temple, consider how difficult it must have been to construct this marvel using simple tools rather of contemporary technology. After discovering the enormous stones of the pregnant lady and researching the legend behind their names, you may be able to complete your journey with a spectacular story.
